Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

The Cuboid is our innovative indoor pet potty system designed for Egyptian apartments. It features premium synthetic grass and an easy-clean system, eliminating the need for disposable pads.
The Cuboid Pro includes an automatic cleaning system with 14 sprinklers for hands-free maintenance. The Basic model requires manual cleaning but is more budget-friendly. Both support pets up to 80kg.
For the Pro model, simply press the clean button for automatic washing. For the Basic model, rinse the grass tray with water and mild soap. We recommend cleaning 2-3 times per week for optimal hygiene.
Yes! The Cuboid is designed to support pets weighing up to 80kg. It's suitable for all dog breeds, from small puppies to large dogs. The durable construction ensures long-lasting use.
Most pets adapt quickly to the Cuboid due to its realistic grass texture. Place it in a consistent location, use positive reinforcement, and be patient. Most pets learn within 1-2 weeks. We provide a training guide with every purchase.
