1. Delivery Areas
We deliver everywhere in Egypt. Seriously, everywhere. Our delivery network covers:
- Cairo & Giza (the heart of it all)
- Alexandria and the North Coast
- Delta Region — Tanta, Mansoura, Damietta, Damanhour, and everywhere in between
- Upper Egypt — Luxor, Aswan, Minya, Sohag, Assiut, Qena
- Canal Cities — Port Said, Suez, Ismailia
- Red Sea & Sinai — Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab
2. Delivery Times
Here is how long it typically takes, based on where you live:

These are estimates. During Ramadan, Eid, or busy sale periods, things might take a day or two longer. We will always keep you updated.
3. Shipping Costs
We keep it simple and fair:
- Cairo & Giza: 150 EGP (Standard) / 220 EGP (Express)
- Alexandria & Qalyubia: 180 EGP (Standard) / 250 EGP (Express)
- Delta Region: 200 EGP (Standard) / 280 EGP (Express)
- Upper Egypt: 250 EGP (Standard) / 330 EGP (Express)
- Remote Areas: 300 EGP (Standard) / 400 EGP (Express)
The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will see it before you pay — no hidden fees.
4. Free Shipping
We love rewarding bigger orders:
- Cairo & Giza: Free shipping on orders over 500 EGP
- Other Governorates: Free shipping on orders over 800 EGP
So if you are grabbing a Cuboid plus some accessories, you will probably hit the threshold.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you get:
- An email with your tracking number
- SMS and WhatsApp updates on delivery status
- Real-time tracking through your account dashboard

6. Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will try to deliver up to 3 times. If you are not home:
- The courier will call you to reschedule
- After 3 failed attempts, the order comes back to us
- We may charge a small re-delivery fee for returned orders
Pro tip: give us your WhatsApp number when ordering. It makes coordination way easier.
7. Large Items (Cuboid Products)
The Cuboid is not exactly a phone case — it is a proper piece of equipment. Here is how we handle it:
- Delivered by specialized couriers who handle large items
- We call you to schedule a delivery time that works for you
- The courier brings it to your door — no need to go anywhere
- Please make sure someone is available to receive it
