14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If not, we'll make it right.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Products must not be damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet toys or accessories
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    Email us at returns@petmind.com or call our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Get Return Authorization

    We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Pack Your Item

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.

  4. Ship or Schedule Pickup

    We'll arrange a courier pickup or provide shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection takes 1-2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • Card refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement

5. Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product price (for items in original condition)
  • Original shipping cost (only if the return is due to our error)

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different size or color of the same product
  • Replacement for defective items
  • Alternative product of equal or lesser value

To exchange, please contact our customer service with your order details and preferred replacement.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep the original packaging for inspection
  • We'll arrange free pickup and replacement or full refund

8. Cuboid Product Returns

For our Cuboid pet potty products:

  • 30-day return policy (extended from standard 14 days)
  • Product must be cleaned and in resaleable condition
  • All components and accessories must be included
  • Free pickup service within Cairo & Giza
  • Return shipping fee may apply for other areas
