- We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Fawry, Meeza, Mobile Wallets, ValU, and Cash on Delivery.
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable or pricing errors occur.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery times vary by location:
- Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days
- Alexandria: 2-3 business days
- Other governorates: 3-7 business days
Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold for your area.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Perishable items like food cannot be returned unless defective.
